Carbon steel casing pipe, also known as encasement pipe, is welded with a straight seam using the double submerged arc welding process, or DSAW, for a full penetration weld. DSAW is the most reliable welding process for producing thick-walled pipes. We produce pipes that range from 24" to 204" diameter and provide coal tar epoxy, black bituminous, or primer coating options. View our pipe specifications to learn more.
