Arntzen Corporation produces steel casing pipe used as road bore casing that is installed by underground contractors under roads, rivers, lakes, railroad tracks, and buildings.
Road bore casing, also known as horizontal casing, is installed horizontally using trenchless technology that does not interrupt activity above ground. Other utilities such as water mains, gas pipes, power cables, and fiber optic cables are then installed inside the casing. The casing pipe protects these utilities from above ground forces.
Auger boring, directional drilling, micro-tunneling, pipe ramming, and pipe jacking are some of the trenchless methods to install Arntzen road bore casing.
Arntzen Corporation operates pipe mills in 2 locations with 200,000 square ft under roof and 35 acres of additional outdoor storage. With over 17 plate rolls and this large facility, it allows us to carry an immense inventory of steel plate and convert it quickly into a steel casing pipe, resulting in shorter lead times.
